Grounded in over 50 years of the study of talents, strengths and success along with decades of data regarding individual performance and personal development, this invaluable strengths-based development approach is research based not theory based. CliftonStrengths guiding principles lead with positive intent within 34 neutral themes that are not labels and the understanding that differences create advantages working with others. 

​It begins with an online assessment analyzing instinctive reactions to 177 sets of paired statements pulling important clues into the ways in which one naturally thinks, feels and behaves. After completing the assessment, coaching will unpack your report as you learn more about the presence of talents separated into 34 themes and how to lean into growth and potential.
